  4. Dip the chicken tenders in bread crumbs and set aside

  5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes

  6. Spread the chicken tenders with a small amount of salad oil on the frying basket

  7. Adjust the temperature to 180 degrees and the time to 8 minutes. Open and turn once in the middle.
