Vegetarian Stir-fried Baby Cabbage
Overview
No matter how you prepare baby cabbage, it’s really great! But simple methods can still make delicious dishes with original flavor. Because as a southerner, my family's eating habits have always been very light, so I don't have much experience with some complicated dishes, but this stir-fried baby cabbage is really one of my favorites, and it's easy for a novice like me to master.

Wash the baby cabbage, cut into suitable pieces and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and chicken powder and stir-fry until the baby cabbage becomes soft. Add an appropriate amount of salt. Finally, pour an appropriate amount of cornstarch, soy sauce and water and stir-fry for a while before serving. ) If you like hot and sour taste, you can add an appropriate amount of vinegar and stir-fry it. The hot and sour taste is also very good.
