Corn flour steamed buns, my mother-in-law’s favorite recipe
Overview
This steamed bun is my mother-in-law's favorite and she made it her own way. There is no sugar, only cornmeal and bean flour. Even the elderly cannot eat sugar, so it is healthier!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the cornmeal in a basin, pour in the boiling water that has just been boiled, and mix (the amount of water used is about one-third of the amount of cornmeal)
-
Then knead it into a dough and add the bean noodles (after adding the bean noodles, knead it first, if it feels dry, add some water)
-
After kneading the dough, take a piece of dough and knead it first, then knead it into a cone shape, and then use your fingers to make a hollow
-
Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes

Because there is no sugar, it is not sweet and not as soft, but it tastes very good and my mother-in-law likes it very much! (Don’t eat too much, it’s a rough diet anyway)
