Taiwanese hand cakes
Overview
I don’t know since when, Taiwanese hand pancakes are everywhere in the streets (really related to Taiwan). I bought one on the street and it was really good, so I made it myself. It’s simple and delicious, better than the incense sticks. I made a few pancake embryos and refrigerated them. In the morning, I just rolled them out and baked them in an electric pan, then added eggs, ham, lettuce, and tomato sauce. A nutritious, clean and hygienic breakfast was born
