Winter melon and a little red soup
Overview
Stir-fried pork belly with garlic sprouts for dinner. When handling the pork belly, I like to boil it whole and then stir-fry it, so it will be a bit soupy, so I bought some soup-making vegetables in advance. I went shopping in the vegetable market in the morning and finally settled on a little red. The winter melon is grown at home and is small and round, but it needs to be eaten in three batches, so the winter melon is used to consume the inventory in the refrigerator.

Steps
-
A little red to clean it up.
-
Boil water in a pot, put the pork belly down and cook slowly, paying attention to skim off the foam while cooking. This soup was created by cooking other dishes, not intentionally. Remember to put some ginger in the water when cooking the meat.
-
Cut the winter melon into thin slices, because you are making a quick soup, so cut into thin slices and not into large pieces.
-
Add winter melon to the meat soup, bring to a boil and simmer slowly over low heat.
-
Cook until the winter melon is soft and hard.
-
Add a little red pepper, turn over a few times, and cook until soft. Add salt and a little oil and you're done.
