Bear's paw tofu and bacon

Overview

Because the bear paw tofu is as big as the palm of your hand, and is fried in oil until both sides are brown, the bear paw tofu is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. The bacon, green peppers and scallions are mixed together to make it fresh and slightly spicy, and it tastes particularly good!
