Hawthorn toast bread
Overview
I thought the hawthorn strips left at home were too sweet, so I thought of cutting them into pieces and putting them in bread. The effect was pretty good. I put very little sugar in the bread, but with the sour and sweet taste of hawthorn, the taste was not bad at all.

Put the egg liquid, milk, and bread flour into the bread barrel, put salt and sugar in the diagonal corners, and put yeast in the middle. Start menu 1, European/soft program, and start kneading the dough
