Yogurt Fruit Salad
Overview
I received Puze's yogurt machine and bacterial powder over the weekend. Unfortunately, I came back too late to play with it at night. I didn't start working on it until I got home from get off work yesterday. But this way, I can make it at night and eat it directly in the morning. And this is the first time I tried to use whole milk powder + bacterial powder to make yogurt, and it was successful. The finished product is no different from the one made from milk, but it looks a little yellower, and the taste is also very fragrant and tender. I am very satisfied! This morning I fried some steamed buns, cut a plate of fruit, and mixed it with yogurt to eat, which is both greasy and healthy!

This is the yogurt I took out of the refrigerator in the morning. It is very delicate and smooth. If you can't finish it at one time, you can divide it into small cups for easier eating.
