Mint Yogurt Mashed Potato Toast
Overview
I had some mashed potatoes left over from cooking, and I added them to the toast last night. The mint on the balcony grows so fast, so I picked some leaves and put them in the toast! The toasted toast has a mint aroma, I like it!
