Overview
Pig's trotters and ginger are a traditional local dish in Guangdong and the most distinctive nourishing food for women. It mainly activates blood circulation, detoxifies and removes wind and cold, replenishes qi and activates collaterals, nourishes and moisturizes skin, disperses blood stasis and stops bleeding.

Wash the pig's feet with running water

Peel the ginger and set aside

Boil the eggs, remove the shells and set aside.
