Imperial Concubine Custard Bun
Overview
I really like eating custard buns, but I still don’t know how to make custard filling. After referring to many recipes, I finally chose one to make. The small buns are one for each hand and one for two mouths. It’s so comfortable~

Let butter soften at room temperature

First use a wooden spoon to break up the butter, then beat it with a whisk at low speed until smooth

Remove the air, knead it into a ball again, roll the dough into long strips and separate into small portions
