Marinate the salmon with a little salt and black pepper for a while

Wash the salad ingredients and cut them into small pieces except the lettuce

Grate a little lemon zest and set aside

Add the washed lettuce to the salad bowl, cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from half and pour it into the salad bowl, then add an appropriate amount of olive oil and mix well

Squeeze a little lemon juice into the sour cream

Add the lemon zest you just prepared, appropriate amount of salt, sugar and black pepper, stir well

Fry the salmon for a few minutes on each side depending on the thickness until the surface is slightly browned

Serve the pan-fried salmon on a plate, add an appropriate amount of salad and a small bowl of yogurt sauce and you're done
