Fungus and green pepper cold dish

Take an appropriate amount of dried fungus and soak it in warm water.

Wash the soaked fungus and green pepper and set aside.

Cut the fungus into shreds.

Cut green pepper, garlic and ginger into mince.

Add some coriander shreds.

Add appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, soy sauce and your favorite seasonings, and finally add a few drops of sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
