Pan-fried thousand-page tofu
Overview
I really want to eat barbecue, but I'm not sure what's sold outside, and all the barbecue stalls are closed and I'm home for the New Year, so I have to make it myself.

Prepare the phyllo tofu and rinse it with water.

Drain the water and cut into pieces about 5mm thick.

Brush with watercress, pour in ginger and garlic water, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Brush the pan with a little oil, add the tofu, and fry over low heat. Sprinkle a small amount of ginger and garlic water while frying.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, sprinkle with salt, pepper powder, chili powder, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion.
