Wash the pig's hands and pour some water;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add rock sugar and stir-fry over low heat until the color becomes darker;

Pour in the pork knuckles and stir-fry until color changes;

Add soybeans and stir-fry briefly;

Add salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir well;

Pour the fried pork trotters and soybeans into the rice cooker, add water and simmer for 50 minutes;

Switch to a casserole and simmer over low heat for another 10 minutes to reduce the juice;
