Red bean steamed buns
Overview
The boiled red beans were originally intended to be made into bean paste, but the beaten red beans were relatively loose and there were still particles inside, which were perfect for making dough for steaming steamed buns, so I simply added them to flour and kneaded them into dough to make steamed buns, which is nutritious and adds texture.
