Wash the cabbage and tear it into large pieces.

Soak the fungus, wash and tear into small florets.

Boil the quail eggs and peel them, and slice the ham sausage.

Cut the tofu into triangular or square slices, heat a small amount of cooking oil in a pot, add the tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Heat the cooking oil in a casserole, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the cabbage and fungus and stir-fry until the cabbage is slightly soft, then add hot water.
