Wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into sections

Cut the meat into shreds, cut the dried tofu into strips, and cut the pepper into sections

First put the shredded pork in the oil pan, add a little salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry for three minutes, then stir-fry the chili peppers for one minute, then pour the dried seeds into the pan and stir-fry for one minute, then add oil and stir-fry the garlic sprouts for one minute, then pour the fried shredded pork and dried chili peppers into the pan, add salt and water and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Remember not to stir-fry the garlic sprouts in the pan for too long, otherwise the garlic sprouts will become overcooked
