Prepare pork belly and potatoes.

Cut the pork belly into thicker slices, don't cut it too thin and it won't taste good. The potatoes are also cut into larger pieces. Add ginger wine, soy sauce, and salt to the meat and marinate for 2 hours.

Marinate the potatoes with soy sauce and salt for 1 hour.

Place potatoes into a deeper bowl.

Pour all the steamed pork rice into a bowl, dip the meat slices in the flour one by one, and coat them tightly.

Just spread all the meat on the potatoes. Don't put too much meat and don't press it too tightly, otherwise it won't be steamed properly.

Put it into a pressure cooker and steam it over water for 25 minutes before it is ready to eat.
