Ingredients: tofu skin, bean paste, lettuce, eggs, cucumbers, carrots, sweet bell peppers (forgot to take a picture of the lettuce).

Slice cucumbers, carrots and sweet bell peppers and set aside.

Grease a pan with a thin layer of oil and fry the eggs into an omelette.

Add water to the pot. When the water boils, put the tofu skin into the pot and cook for 1 minute.

Drain the cooked tofu skin and divide into two.

Spread bean paste on one side of the bean skin.

Then put lettuce, fried egg skin, green onions, cucumber strips, carrot shreds, sweet bell pepper shreds in order, and then roll it up.

Wrap a piece of bean curd around a lettuce leaf and secure it with a toothpick to make a flower in the middle of the plate.
