Purple sweet potato whole wheat steamed buns
Overview
In order to lose weight some time ago, I brought back a lot of whole grains, but I didn't touch them much... This time I steamed the steamed buns and added purple sweet potatoes and oats. I comforted myself that eating more whole grains would help lose weight. Purple sweet potatoes are rich in nutrients and have special health care functions. The proteins and amino acids in them are easily digested and absorbed by the human body. The rich vitamin A can improve vision and the mucosal epithelial cells of the skin. Vitamin C can normalize the synthesis of collagen and prevent and treat the occurrence of scurvy. Anthocyanins are natural and powerful free radical scavengers
