Soak the fresh shrimps you bought in water for two hours

Use scissors to remove the shrimp line from the back

Rinse the prepared shrimps with clean water and drain

Sprinkle a layer of salt and pepper powder

Sprinkle a layer of fried powder (bought in Korean supermarkets), if not available, you can also use cornstarch

Use chopsticks to stir evenly

Set aside for later use

Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, (heat 70%)

Put the shrimp in and fry it for about 10 seconds before taking it out

After all the shrimps are fried, pour them into the pot together and fry them again to ensure that the shrimp shells are crispy

Set the fried shrimps aside to control the oil

Prepare ingredients: ginger, garlic, green onions

Sauté garlic and ginger

Pour in the shrimp and stir-fry for a minute

Pour in a spoonful of soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for one minute
