Candied tomatoes
Overview
It’s really refreshing to eat this in the summer, it’s so delicious. I used to not eat it when my mother cooked it for me. I thought the smell was weird, and I accidentally thought of it today. I saw there were tomatoes in the refrigerator. I did the experiment right away. Really sour and sweet. Because I really like the taste of tomatoes now, I buy tomatoes every day to enjoy myself. A taste you can't put down.

One tomato.

Keep flushing with water. Then rub the skin vigorously with salt. Very dirty stuff will come out. (Tomatoes look clean, but are actually very dirty.) Then wash them thoroughly with water.

Cut into thin slices with a knife.

One slice of tomato, one spoonful of sugar, and so on. Then beat it a few times to evenly add the sugar. Then refrigerate until the tomatoes are soft and juicy.
