Steps

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bread machine and mix the flour, eggs, milk, yeast, sugar and salt into the bread machine and mix

  2. When stirring for the second time, add butter

  3. Divide the risen dough into several lumps. Wrap each lump with bean paste and roll it into an oval. Make a few diagonal cuts and roll it up into a rough shape

  4. Place in oven for second fermentation

  5. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
