Ingredients
Steps
-
Add egg yolks to the corn oil and beat evenly with a manual egg beater. Sift together the low-gluten flour, baking powder and baking soda in advance and set aside.
-
Add powdered sugar and stir until melted.
-
Add the sifted flour and walnuts crushed in a food processor, and stir evenly with a rubber spatula.
-
Just knead it into a ball with your hands (just form a ball, don't knead too much).
-
Roll the dough into small pieces into a round shape and flatten it.
-
Place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and set the middle shelf to 160 degrees for 15 minutes. (It will become crispier after cooling)
-
I forgot to brush the surface with egg wash. The finished product may not be pretty enough, but the taste will definitely amaze your taste buds. Come and try it.
