Blanch the washed chicken wings, add onion, ginger and cooking wine to boil off the remaining blood and remove the fishy smell

Put the blanched chicken wings and used ginger slices into the steam pot, then add the chopped mushrooms, wolfberry, and green onions evenly into the steam pot

Add a lot of water to the soup pot, soak a towel and wrap it around the edge of the pot

Cover the steam pot, place it on the soup pot, and cook on low heat for about 2 and a half hours

When it’s out of the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt
