This dish has always been a favorite at my house and is a hit every time. Every time I entertain guests at home, I always hear people shouting: Don’t burn it until it’s too late to eat, or serve more vegetables. . . . This dish is a combination of various vegetables, with a crisp texture, fragrant and delicious taste.
