Wash the chicken wings with warm water, drain and set aside

When the oil pan is 70% hot, fry the ginger slices and then add the chicken wings

Fry until both sides are golden brown, then pour in two tablespoons of light soy sauce. The tablespoons are the small ones used for soup

After a quick stir-fry, add one tablespoon of cooking wine, three tablespoons of sugar, four tablespoons of vinegar, an appropriate amount of water and green onions. Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Skim off the onion and ginger, reduce the juice over high heat, don't make it too dry, and put it on a plate
