  1. Wash barley and set aside

  2. Blanch the drum bones in a pot under cold water until the water bleeds out, then wash them

  3. Put the washed tube bones and barley into the pressure cooker

  4. Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes

  5. Wash the winter melon without peeling it and cut it into thicker pieces

  6. Wash and drain kelp and set aside

  7. Open the lid and boil the pressed tube bone soup

  8. Add winter melon and kelp

  9. Simmer until the winter melon is cooked and then add salt to taste

  10. Finished product.
