1. 1 Brush hairy crabs clean with a small brush

   

2. 2 Put water in the pot, bring to a boil and put the crabs into the cage

   

3. 3 Cover and steam over medium heat for ten minutes before serving with dipping sauce (balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, ginger powder, sugar)
