Overview
The Chinese New Year is coming soon, and there are more and more people selling pork belly and lungs on the street. I want to make a belly and lung soup, but I wash the pork belly and lungs too clean and fail to stew the soup properly, so I have to make it as a cold dish.

Prepared cooked pork belly and lungs

Cut into small pieces with a knife

Peel the garlic, wash it and mash it in a garlic mortar
