1. 1 Kill the grass carp, cut it into pieces, add salt and marinate for a day.

   

2. 2 Clean the marinated fish pieces and dry them in the sun.

   

3. 3 Heat the fish pieces in a pan.

   

4. 4 Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

   

5. 5 Pour in the fermented rice wine and light soy sauce and bring to a boil.

   

6. 6 Add paprika.

   

7. 7 Continue to boil.

   

8. 8 Pour in the fish pieces and mix well.

   

9. 9 Let cool and put into glass jars.
