Clean the purchased chicken wings and make holes in the wings with toothpicks.

Submerged chicken wings: Add 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp umami red soy sauce, 2 tbsp sesame oil, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and place on the low rack of the oven.

Start baking for 20 minutes at 250 degrees. When the time is up, open the lid, flip it over, and put the top on the bottom. Bake for another 8 minutes. It's ready to eat when it's cooked.
