Pan-fried salted horsemouth
Overview
A side dish, I remember when I was just working. I saw the old chef eating steamed buns with salted fish. For cold steamed buns, just use dried salted fish. It tastes better depending on what people eat. I asked how to make it and tried it at home. It tasted really good. So I always remember this story. Now I make this fish occasionally, it tastes good.
