  1. Cut the squid into small slices and make cross-shaped cuts, as shown below

  2. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes

  3. Heat the pot and add cooking oil. Add ginger, garlic rice, cinnamon, star anise, and peppercorns and saute until fragrant

  4. After sauteing, add the marinated squid and stir-fry

  5. Add green pepper, light soy sauce, a small amount of salt, and cumin. Stir fry again for a while. Turn off the heat
