Chocolate Double Layer Cookie
Overview
This delicacy does not require beating eggs, and the texture is not as soft as cake, but it is definitely worth a try and will have endless aftertaste. The reason why it is called cookie is because the cake body was given by Xiaobao’s godmother in the United States. I have made it several times. It is based on the American dessert cookies and has less sugar and butter. The taste seems to be adjusted to the sweet and bitter ratio acceptable to our tastes. Happy Mother's Day, I have been busy with my hands all afternoon and made it for my dear mother!

After sifting, pour the powder into a large bowl in batches and mix thoroughly
-
Pour in the flour in batches, first stir in one direction with a spatula! Do not use a whisk as it will stir up the egg everywhere.

When the dry powder is not mixed enough, use a whisk to stir evenly.
-
Grease a baking pan and pour the batter into
-
After smoothing, it can be put into the oven

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and heat up and down for 20 minutes

When the time is up, you can take it out, remove it from the mold when it cools slightly, and cut off the raised top.

Melt the dark chocolate over water, add the cream cheese and mix well

The sandwich does not need to be too thin, place the bottom cookie on a large plate. Pour the sandwich sauce

Spread the sauce evenly and cover with the cookie on top

Pour the sauce on the surface, then tilt the plate left and right to spread the sauce
