Rub salt and cooking wine on the sea bass and marinate for 15 minutes. Put a piece of ginger in the fish's mouth to remove the fishy smell.

Brush the enamel pot with a little oil and place a row of chopped green onions on top.

Add the seabass and top with ginger.

Cover the pot and bake over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
