Overview
Now is the season when these shellfish are relatively plump, and my little master has been thinking about eating scallops for a long time. Baked scallops with cheese, the creamy aroma of cheese and the deliciousness of scallops are blended together, it really leaves your lips and teeth fragrant and you can’t get enough of it!

Prepare raw materials, grate cheese, chop green onions, select fresh scallops, and make salad dressing according to your own taste;

Clean the purchased scallops, take out the intestine part of the scallops, remove half of the scallop shells, and place them on the baking sheet;

Spread the salsa on top of each scallop;

Sprinkle with chopped chives and cheese (some don’t sprinkle with chives, my little master doesn’t eat chives);

Put it in the preheated oven, set the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
