Heat the oil in the pan, add the sliced eggplant and beans and pour in the oil.

Remove the oil with a slotted spoon and press it with a spatula to squeeze out the excess oil.

Leave a little oil at the bottom of the pot, add a little salt and fry the minced ginger.

Add eggplant and beans and stir-fry.

Stir fry for a while and add a little water.

Stir fry for a while.

Add appropriate amount of hot sauce.

Add a little pepper and MSG and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle a little sugar before serving.
