Cut the duck meat into pieces, wash it, soak it in water to remove the blood, take it out and drain it.

Cut the konjac into large pieces first.

Put it in a pot and bring to a boil to remove excess water.

After the oil is hot, add the duck meat and stir-fry.

Add the bean paste, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add water to cover the ingredients and cook for 2 hours.

After two hours, add the konjac cubes and fried beans and cook for another 30 minutes.

Add light soy sauce and salt to taste.
