Minced ginger, garlic, pickled pepper (picture is for reference only)

Heat the oil and lard in a hot pan, add the chopped garlic, ginger, pickled pepper and stir-fry

Add the crayfish and continue to stir-fry. Add cooking wine. Stir-fry twice. Add beer and water. Bring to a boil over high heat and then lower the heat until the water is just full of the crayfish. (If you just bought the crayfish, you can’t handle it on Baidu. I won’t go into that here.)

Add salt, MSG, chicken essence and sugar (simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, then add the evaporated milk and heat it up)
