Prepare the main ingredients

Cut the cowpeas into sections, shred the green peppers, slice the meat, and get two pieces of garlic

First put the meat in the pot and stir-fry. When it's almost done, you can add the dried cowpeas and continue to stir-fry

The dried cowpeas may be a bit hard, so you can add appropriate amount of water. (I forgot to take a photo here, sorry.) Let it simmer for a while, or you can just add it without adding water

When the dried cowpeas are ready, put the green peppers in the pan and stir-fry, then add the garlic
