Shredded pork with lotus root

Soak the lotus root strips in water and rub them back and forth with a steel ball or sponge to clean them.

Use a knife to pat it diagonally and cut it into sections (pat the thick ones to enhance the flavor when frying)

The condiments are all cut and ready for use (I give more condiments when cooking)

Cut the tenderloin into shreds, mix with light soy sauce and a little oil, then add starch and mix well, heat the pan with cold oil and scatter the shredded meat.

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chili, garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Pour in the lotus root strips.

Stir fry over high heat.

Pour in shredded pork.

Add a little water and stir-fry over high heat.

Season with a little light soy sauce.

Remove from pot and plate.

Or eat it all.
