Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces (it’s best to peel the tomatoes)

Crack two eggs into a bowl

Add a little salt, white pepper, chicken powder to the eggs, add half of the egg liquid and cold boiled water and mix well.

Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well

Cover with plastic wrap and steam in a steamer. It takes 10 to 15 minutes after the pot boils. (The time for steaming the custard also depends on the number of eggs)
