Cut the cabbage, soak it in salt water for a while, and then rinse it again with clean water.

Shred the cabbage, wash, peel and shred the carrots.

Slice and mince garlic and cut pepper into sections.

Pour cooking oil into the pot to heat, add peppercorns, garlic slices, and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cabbage and carrots, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add salt and continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Pour in appropriate amount of water during the stir-frying process.
