Overview
This Portuguese egg tart is simple and easy to make. I was lazy and bought a ready-made tart shell with condensed milk. It tastes tender and smooth but also has a strong milky aroma. It was sold out as soon as it was baked. This amount makes 12 pieces.

Put whipping cream in a milk pot, add condensed milk and sugar, heat over low heat until the sugar dissolves and then turn off the heat.

Let the milk pot cool until it is not hot to your hands, add the egg yolks, quickly beat them with a whisk and mix well and the egg tart liquid is ready.

Sieve the egg tart liquid twice.

Pour into the prepared egg tart shell until 7 minutes full. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
