Overview
Tofu curd is also called tofu pudding, and it can be eaten in two ways: sweet and salty. The seasoning soup is generally salty, pour it on and eat it with a spoon, or sprinkle it with sugar and eat it directly, which is a sweet taste. The soymilk machine at home has been used to make soymilk according to the old rules. I accidentally saw a video of tofu noodle a while ago, and I felt worried. I immediately went to the vegetable market, spent 2 yuan to buy a small bag of tofu lactone, and started making it quickly.

Take 120 grams of organic soybeans and wash them.

Soak the soybeans in water overnight.

Pour the soaked soybeans into a soy milk machine, add 900 grams of water, beat into soy milk, and filter through a double layer of fine gauze.

Pour the soy milk into the pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, and simmer over low heat for a few minutes. (If the soy milk machine has a boiling function, this step can be omitted).

Pour the lactone into a bowl, add 1 tsp of warm water and stir to dissolve. Pour the cooked soy milk quickly into the bowl from high altitude, skim off the foam and let it sit for 20 minutes until it solidifies.

Pour 1 tablespoon of extremely fresh flavor, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of chili oil, and mustard.
