Overview
This dish is super simple to make. It retains the original flavor of the food, is full of fragrance and is not greasy. It is an essential dish for Chinese New Year and wedding banquets in my hometown. It is steamed to maintain nutrition.

Cut a large piece of tofu skin into small square pieces. Add minced onion, ginger, salt, a little thirteen spices, and a little dark soy sauce to the meat filling

Stir the meat filling evenly, and put an appropriate amount of meat filling on the bean skin

Wrap and secure with toothpicks. It can be wrapped in any shape, mostly rectangular, triangular or square

Wrap everything up and steam it in a pot for about half an hour, or press it in a pressure cooker
