Braised rice noodles with shrimp and tomatoes
Overview
The weather was too hot and I had no appetite for food. I saw fresh prawns that had just arrived in the supermarket, so I bought some and took them home to cook rice noodles!

Wash the fresh shrimps and marinate them with a little salt.

Wash and cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add tomatoes and shrimps and saute until fragrant.

Sprinkle in pepper.

Add rice flour and appropriate amount of water.

Add a little soy sauce, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
