I was really greedy when I saw others making swan puffs. I had nothing to do during the Qingming Festival, so I tried making them. The process was naturally very enjoyable, and the finished product was also very cute.

Bring milk and butter to a boil and then turn off the heat

Put the swan's head into a decorating bag first, squeeze it into 2 and S shapes, and bake it in the oven at 195 degrees for about 5 minutes. If it takes a long time, it will become mushy

Then cook the swan's body at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes

Cut one-third of the body, fill the bottom with fresh cream, cut the upper part from the middle to make wings, and finally combine the head and body with fresh cream.
